Vintage, handcrafted and one of kind collections are strongly urged to apply!
We curate the vendor selection for the best possible guest experience, while we also limit the number of vendors in certain categories.
After you've submitted your application, please know this does not guarantee you a spot. Accepted vendors will receive an email w/ a registration form to complete your registration. We wish we could take all of you, but our space is very limited.
Accepted vendors will have a $50 registration fee for a 10′ x 10′ space. Food Trucks have a registration Space Fee of $100
Vendors must supply their own tent, table and sandbags. Pop Swap is a rain or shine event, no refunds are given if the event is cancelled due to storms. Also, no refunds are given if accepted vendor is unable to participate.
