Vintage Store Day Giveaway Rules

1. **Eligibility**: This giveaway is open to all customers aged 18 and over. Vendors, employees of The Lovely and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. **Entry Period**: The giveaway begins on Saturday, May 17 10am  and ends on May 17, 5:59pm. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

3. **How to Enter**: 

   - Visit The Lovely on Saturday, May 17 10am - 5:59pm 

   - Fill out an entry form available at The Lovely, providing your name & email address

   - One entry per person; multiple entries will be disqualified.

4. **No Purchase Necessary**: While participants are encouraged to browse and shop, no purchase is required to enter the giveaway.

5. **Winner Selection**: Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries by Monday, May 19, 2025. The winner will be notified via email and announced on instagram & facebook and in store 

6. **Prize Details**: Multiple prizes consist of vintage jewelry, pyrex, cast iron, ceramic bowl, ceramic birds, with a grand prize of one vintage wedding dress from The Lovely’s collection. Winners must claim their prize within 5 days of notification. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.  

7. **Publicity Release**: By entering the giveaway, participants grant The Lovely permission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation.

8. **Liability Waiver**: The Lovely is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or damage incurred during the giveaway period. Participants enter at their own risk.

9. **Governing Law**: The giveaway is governed by the laws of Florida, USA

10. **Additional Rules**: The store reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
