Kimberly- how will the boutique be set up? What are your requirements for space, etc. ? We understand there will be a process to be chosen to be accepted, but also need that information to plan.

Great question Jeanne! I’m in the process working on the floor-plan with my architects. We’re tearing out all interior walls to create an open space with moveable walls to accomdate our vendors. Hope this helps you a bit. Don’t hesitate to ask any questions! Thanks again Jeanne.

Hi. My name is Jennifer Marvel and I’m the executive director of the Audubon Park Garden District, an Orlando Main Street program. We are a community and business development organization, dedicated to building a great environment for businesses, workers, visitors and residents of APGD – centered on Corrine Drive.

I am excited to hear about something so cool filling the old Matthew Michaels space.

If I can help with anything (challenges perhaps or questions about permitting or code with the City of Orlando – part of my mission is to act as a liaison with City Hall, though we are an independent organization from the City), answer questions about the area, get the word out that you are looking for vendors, or just letting the world know you’re opening in our wonderful community, please let me know. I can be reached at audubonparkgardendistrict@gmail.com.

Our Facebook page is Facebook.com/GardenDistrict, Twitter is Twitter.com/AudubonPark, Pinterest is Pinterest.com/APGardens and our Instagram is Instagram.com/AudubonParkGardenDistrict. And my office is on the second floor of East End Market.

Also, I’d be thrilled to get the word out when you’re ready to open your doors, to welcome you to the neighborhood.

Please check out our website at AudubonParkGardens.com

Again, welcome to APGD! I look forward to hearing from you!
