If the location rule is correct, then I’ve hit the jackpot.

After months and months of looking for the right space, I found it.

I knew immediately & felt like goldilocks.

It wasn’t too big or too small.  It was perfect.

Amazing floors, cabinetry, size, windows, and location.

Could this really be happening?

It is.

I receive the keys on October 1st … my birthday.

What a gift.

Construction will begin soon with hopes to open in 4th qtr.
